Aim4Faith Ministries organized the Relief programs in 362JB Korain on 26th Oct 2009 and on 21st Nov in Gojra town. On the both sites more than 240 families were affected by the Muslims attacks in August 2009.

On the both spots the program was started with the prayer meeting and the people listened the word of Satisfaction and word of God. The Director of Aim4faith Ministries shared the Gospel with them on this time of sorrow, pain and temptation. He told them not to worry and be brave in these situations and we should be not be worry and lose of faith in such circumstances, as they already proved the words of Jesus, when he said that you will be persecuted in His name. He shared that they are the blessed one of Lord who used them for His word in Pakistan, where the strong opposition against Christ is present.

    

Deputy Director of Aim4Faith Ministries addressed to the people and gave them message of peace and comfort. He also shared the few words from the Gospel and encouraged their faith.

Necessary kitchen utensils, quilts, mattress, school bags and stationary were distributed. The family names were announced on the Microphone and the people took their materials turn by turn. The token system was introduced to avoid the any kind of fuss.

    

Quilts and mattress were distributed to keep them warm in this sizzling winter season that is already started. School bags and stationary were distributed so the children can be returned to their schools. Necessary kitchen Utensils were provided to cook the food again for children and families.

The people of Korain and Gojra are so thankful to aim4faith Ministries and their partners to support them. This is not only support it is also their moral support and encouragement in their faith.

Our Lord is alive, He is great, He is merciful, He will never leave us alone in such times. Nobody knows that He will send the support from huge distant country. Nobody was were aware that the brothers and sisters in that country are feeling sorry for them and praying for them in such dreadful time, and these brothers and sisters have send these gifts to them and they are caring for them. It is amazing and praise to the Lord that the brothers and sisters in US are standing with them to encourage their faith.

    

It gave strength to their faith as already they have proved in these both events, during this all, nobody denies the Christ, everyone was firmed on their faith whatever they loss. Even they were burnt alive and did not deny the Christ. They said Christ is our Lord and He is our Savoir. They did not turn from their faiths. The enemy is already ashamed and such sympathetic steps from the Brother and sisters helped a lot to prove the Unity of the Christians in Christ. It proves that we prayed to One Lord, One God who is benefactor for all human beings and Universe. This was a small step but it was the great testimony in this Muslim Society.

The community leaders from Gojra and Korain said the word of thanks to Aim4Faith Ministries and their partners who took this initiative. They said, it is particle example of Christ’s teaching that “Love Your Neighbors as yourself”. This activity helps us a lot to understand the Biblical teachings and Jesus’ second command, “Who is our neighbors”.

These steps are great testimonies among this Muslim nation that our Christ is alive and He is not dead God. He always listens to His children whenever they are in trouble.

    

These people are stronger in faith; their faith and courage helped the Christians all over the Pakistan, that we should not be worry from manmade obstacles. We should be firm and never lose the patience and satisfaction which we have in our Lord Jesus Christ.

Prayer Request

• Please pray for the children who have seen the horrible scenes of firing, looting and shooting. They have seen the dreadful scenes with their naked eyes. It made the horrible effects on their minds and souls. Many are still restless and unable to sleep and have the horrible dreams while sleeping.
• Please pray for the families who are totally boycotted from the Muslim land owners and land lords and these Christian families are unable to move in their fields and shops as they were working on their fields, shops and mills etc.

Current Needs

1. Aim4Faith Ministries wants to start the rehabilitation program for the children who are still in phobia and trauma.
2. We would like to give the gifts to the children like warm cloths, shoes, stationary, soap, tooth pastes, tooth brushes etc.
3. Aim4Faith Ministries wants to start the sewing schools for the women, so they can learn the sewing and contribute the income in their families.
4. Aim4Faith Ministries wants to start livestock care program for burnt and sick domestic animals.
